Andrew founded Lauderdale Estates in London, one of the first shared office and coworking centers in the 90's.
He opened LedianSpace Shared Offices in New York in the 00's. Andrew has spent over 27 years in the commercial Real Estate market of which 24 years is experience in the Shared, Service Office market.

Sean brings a breadth of perspective and insight to help Wellspring Practice Suites tailor services to meet the needs of therapists and their clients.
Currently a psychologist in private practice, he has worked in a wide range of clinical and supervisory positions in the mental health field, as well as in leadership consulting for executives in Fortune 500 Companies.

Luis is guiding Wellspring as our Finance and operations executive.
Over 20 years of leading teams and projects including Dow Jones & Thomson Reuters Corporation, with strategic vision and senior leadership.
GUY BECKINGTON
CREATIVE DIGITAL DIRECTOR

Guy is a Specialist digital designer and developer who has worked on international niche campaigns.
Guiding the Online design of Wellspring, Guy previously directed graphics and animations for Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, relaunch of Danish pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk and the multi media launch of the transformational Microsoft Teams App.

Kevin has extensive experience as a Financial Executive and Business Strategy Consultant.
An alumnus of Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Lloyds of London, Kevin moved through a variety of leadership positions before joining Wellspring.
MORGAN METTERS DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Morgan has thirty years’ experience in financial markets, holding senior positions in trading, structuring, investment management, and risk management.
Prior to advising Wellspring, Morgan was portfolio manager and co-founder of Blackstar Asset Management. Previously, Morgan was COO of commodity trade finance manager, Kimura Capital. Morgan has held senior roles from commodity options trading at Morgan Stanley to investor product structuring at UBS.
